The casting techniques: sand casting, lost foam casting/EPC casting, shell mold casting, permanent mold casting, low pressure die casting, high pressure die casting, gravity die casting.

Our production capability: 500-800 tons / per month.

The weights for iron castings: 0.80kgs - 3000kgs.

The weights for aluminum castings: 0.03kgs - 400kgs.

Machining: turning, cutting, milling, grinding, drilling, reaming and threading.

Tolerance for machining: 0.02mm-0.05mm

Equipment: lathe, planer, drilling machine, tapping machine, line cutting, milling machine, CNC machining center.

Surface Treatment: shot blast, painting, chrome plating, power coating and anodizing

Made according to customers' drawing, specification and / or samples

Casting capability: 500-800 tons / per month.
