The predecessor of the Agassi, the Nali, is a single-hulled tanker with a ship age of more than 20 years. Due to the high environmental pollution caused by single-hull tankers, the International Maritime Organization has issued a ban. From April 5, 2005, it has gradually banned the use of single-hull tankers to transport heavy oil such as crude oil, fuel oil, heavy diesel oil or lubricating oil. For a time, where the "Nali" went, it became a shadow of the shipowner's heart. Two years ago, CSL had a self-unloading ship named "Oriental" successfully refitted at Chengxi Shipyard. Although the ship's project is not large, Chengxi Shipyard's rich experience and exquisite craftsmanship in ship modification have left a deep impression on the shipowner. The "Nali" was refitted, and the ship owner remembered the pleasant cooperation experience and took the initiative to extend the "Olive Branch" to the factory.
