There are three commonly used inspection methods for metal materials, but these methods can only indicate the existence of errors, but can not prove no error.

Use different analytical methods for comparison. This is a relatively reliable test method. If the result of polarographic determination of tailings of copper is consistent with the results of atomic absorption spectrometry, it is generally proved that this result is reliable. Otherwise, it indicates that there are at least one of the two methods. The result of the measurement is not accurate.

Use standard controls. In a batch of analysis with a standard sample at the same time, if the operation is correct and the standard sample analysis result is consistent with the reference value of the standard sample, it means that there is no obvious error in the batch analysis results, but the analysis sample composition should be close to the standard sample. Otherwise it cannot explain the problem. <

Parallel determination. If there is a large difference between the two results, the difference is beyond the allowable range, which indicates that at least one of the two results is wrong and should be re-analyzed. If the two results are close, averages can be taken, but it cannot be said that the results obtained are correct.
