Lab two roll mill included electric heating type, oil heating type, electric heating water cooling type, oil heating water cooling type and specialize in rubber with LED digital indicator and PLC control optional. This machine has three different rotation speed can be selected: constant speed, single speed governing and double speed governing.

The double roll mirror surfaces are plated by chrome. It adopts special mold for heating to make the temperature of roller surface uniform. Rollers distance can be adjusted and it is equipped with the three-dimensional security devices to make sure this two roll mill is safe and reliable.

The two roll mill mainly consists of the cabinet, bracket, driving system, heating system and emergency shutdown system. The front and rear rollers are driven by reducer motor, and are rotated through the chain, sprocket and gear. The rollers are hollowed and can be heated or cooled by electrical heater or other media. The space and parallel between two rollers are adjusted through the toner. The emergency shutdown device and reverser are installed above the bracket and at the center of the cabinet and knee top inversion device to protect the operation.

2.Use stearic acid or isopropyl alcohol to clean the polluted pressure plate.

3. Regularly spraying rust-proof oil on chromium plating surface of the machine.

4. Regularly filling the high temperature grease to the gear and the bearing block.
