The FC-36 nitrogen-resistant hydrocracking catalyst is based on amorphous silica-alumina, with a certain amount of special molecular sieves as the acidic component and tungsten-nickel as the hydrogenation active component. The catalyst is prepared by a co-gel method and is suitable for a series of hydrocracking process. Its main features are: strong ability to nitrogen poisoning, hydrogenation activity is good, can be a long period of stable operation under the conditions of refined oil nitrogen content of 50 ~ 100mg/g. FC-36 catalyst can increase the processing capacity of the device, process inferior raw materials, reduce the energy consumption of the device, and flexibly produce high quality middle distillates and chemical raw materials. This technology has independent intellectual property rights and has been granted 5 Chinese invention patents. The catalyst's anti-nitrogen capability is at the international advanced level.
The commercial application of FC-36 catalyst in the 1.1 million t/a hydrocracking unit of Maoming Branch indicated that the blended oil of Middle Eastern high-sulfur oil VGO and CGO was used as the raw material. Under the full-load operating conditions of the device, the bed of the initial stage of the catalyst operation The average reaction temperature was 373.2°C. Under the condition of refined oil nitrogen content of 30-80 mg/g, the device was operated for 10 months. The average reaction temperature of the catalyst bed in the cracking zone was not significantly increased, indicating a good activity stability. The main target product is light naphtha with a yield of 10.7%, which can be used as an ethylene feedstock; a heavy naphtha yield of 13.1% is a high-quality catalytic reforming feedstock; jet fuel yield is 30.7%, in line with 3# jet fuel standards; diesel yield 17.8%, in line with the Euro V diesel emission standard; tail oil yield 25.9%, BMCI value 7.8, is a high quality steam cracking ethylene raw material. As the nitrogen resistance of the catalyst is increased, the inlet temperature of the finishing reactor can be lowered.
The results show that the use of FC-36 catalyst, combined with the device once through the operating mode and energy-saving reform measures, effectively reducing the energy consumption of the device. The overall energy consumption of the device during normal production is 35.11kg to 39.96kg of standard oil/t raw material, which is 8~10kg of standard oil/t raw material compared with the previous cycle. The capacity of this cycle device is increased by about 10% compared with the previous cycle, which satisfies the device expansion. The requirements of energy can create good economic and social benefits.
Participating experts and representatives believed that the nitrogen resistance of FC-36 catalyst is at the international advanced level, which can meet the requirements for expansion and transformation of hydrocracking units and solve the “bottleneck” problem of hydrocracking unit operation, and is suitable for a period of series hydrocracking. Process. Experts recommend further promotion and application.
