Product introduction  
The mixer granulator is the new preparation process adopted by Chinese pharmaceutical industry and so on in 1980`s, the equipment can make mixing and granulating as one step, especially it has high-speed operation.
compared with traditional granulating process, the advantages are as follows:
* Required binder is less and the drying time is shorter.
* Granulation can be operated according to the available dispense on the condition of the same process.
* The granulating time is 7-10 minutes for every batch.
* The granules extent reached are clearly, near to round and even, small and have low density, so fluidity is good when tablet-pressing. The granules are easy to be filled into chamber. because of the low pressure and steady tablet-weight, the work hardness is lightened.
* Because of the small granules, the surface of them is intact when tablet-pressing.  they are easy to diffuse and resolve.
* The surface of the tablet is smooth fine and tense. 
* The granules are loose compared with pressed granules. The granules are tense compared with fluid-bed granules.

The principle of the mixing granulator
Several kinds of material are put into the container for drying mixing, then binder is added into after stirring and mixing. or one kind of material and binder are put into the container at the same time, the soft material which is made by stirring oar becomes granules by the stirring cutter.
The stirring cutter and mixing oar is started by two-speed motor, granules of different sizes are received with different concentration of binder, rotating speed of stirring cutter and operation time. The sizes , density and fluidity of granules tends to be unchanged among batches. Products are made automatically with the same procedure . and the quality of products can be assured.
