At present, the Beijing Mercedes-Benz engine assembly line can simultaneously assemble different types of engines. The M276 assembly line can produce twin-turbo engines and hybrid engines simultaneously, while the M274 assembly line can produce both M270 and M274 engines. Although the machining process of the cylinder head, cylinder block, and crankshaft is inseparable from the lubrication and cooling of the emulsion, a little odor is not heard in the workshop. Originally, when the factory was laid the foundation, the first construction was the closed emulsion liquid supply system. The viscous emulsion containing metal chips could be used for recycling, and the discharge of waste liquid was reduced by 50%. Even the exhaust gas generated by the engine heat test is all recycled through a dedicated pipeline.
