1.Replacement of Air Filter
Unscrew the upper cover of the air filter housing and take out and replace the air filter element (every 1500 hours to be replaced,every 500 hours to blow soot).
Caution: no foreign material is allowed to fall into the intake valve, so as to prevent the host from getting stuck.
2.Replacement of Oil Filter
Use the belt wrench to tighten the oil filter and turn it down counterclockwise and replace it.(replace it every 1500 hours after the first use of 500 hours).
3.Replacement of Spin-on air oil Separator
Use the belt wrench to tighten the air oil separator and turn it down counterclockwise and replace it.(replace it every 3000 hours after the first use of 2000 hours).
4.Replacement of Lubricating Oil
Remove the six corner screws in the end of the ball valve, open the ball valve,release the oil completely and return it to the original position.
Unscrew the oil screw and add the lubricating oil from the mouth to the upper limit of the oil level mirror. After the addition, the regression is in situ.
Lubricating oil replacement period: the first replacement time is 500 hours, the daily use of attention to observe the oil level, such as Screw Air Compressor running when the oil level below the red line below the oil meter, the proper addition of lubricating oil should be done.Then replace lubricating oil every 3000 hours later.
