In mid-May, the Quality Assurance Department convened related departments such as design, technology, and procurement to convene a special meeting of the Shenwo Expo Vehicle, planned and implemented 24 improvement measures, and deployed all preparatory work before assembly. On May 19th, the first batch of Expo engines officially began to assemble, and the responsible persons of the manufacturing branch and the Quality Assurance Department learned about the assembly quality of the process at the site and put forward suggestions for improvement. The assembly workshop director and relevant technicians followed the assembly process. Verify assembly torque to ensure installation quality.
In order to build a boutique Expo engine, Shangchai has placed an eye-catching “Expo-specific†label on each Expo vehicle according to the military control model; it adjusts the beat of the production and strengthens the material inspection during the assembly process; the first time a new fixed-wrench is installed to ensure the rocker arm is fixed. Bolt torque; the first use of black light inspection "three leaks" during the trial process; when the first Expo engine assembly off the assembly line, the company also organized design, process, quality assurance experts carefully reviewed the prototype and proposed improvements.
