The raisin dryer consists of upper and lower 3-6 layers of stainless steel mesh belts, which are driven by chains on both sides. The mesh belt has baffles on both sides to prevent materials from falling into the middle of the track. The hot air is supplied by natural gas, oil or direct electricity, and the hot air is sent to the bottom of the raisin dryer by a blower to first pass through the underlying mesh belt to exchange heat with the dry material to take part of the moisture, thereby passing the layer through the layers. The belt and the material layer form a countercurrent heat exchange with the material, and after the heat exchange between the uppermost layer and the wettest material, the humid air is substantially saturated, and the moisture discharge port is discharged to the outside by the induced draft fan.
