1.Key-type pressing device is adopted to clamp the work piece, can not transform the shape of the work piece.
2.It is widely applied in welding high-quality and lower-transformation straight seam. such as: petrochemical industry, solar water heater, pipeline and automobile industries.
3.Adopting PLC control, with DC motor to drive realize stepless speed regulating, control system can guarantee automatic welding and is equipped with straight oscillator.
4.With different protection lining on the back of welding seam, the welding seam can be welded thoroughly, and the double sides are able to be shaped up with single welding as well.
5.Its welding thickness is 0.4~8mm,welding speed is 0.2~2.2m/min.
6.Longitudinal automatic welding system can adopt different welding technology, such as: argon submerged welding, gas shielded welding and plasma welding and so on.
