In 2013, Xu Hongbing contracted and contracted more than 500 mu of grain fields in the country. Originally, he had to worry about the problem of rice drying after harvesting every year. On the one hand, during the "double grab" period, the labor force is in short supply, and on the other hand, it is necessary to turn hundreds of thousands of kilograms of rice into the sun, and there is no such big drying yard. One year, the couple spread the newly harvested rice to the cement road of Jiangshan New Railway Station. Suddenly it rained heavily. It was too late to collect, the rice was wet, and some were washed away. If the weather is not good, it is even more common. It is common for rice to rot and germination to cause losses.

In the second half of 2016, Xu Hongbing, with the support of the government department, invested nearly one million yuan to purchase 20 rice dryers, which can bake more than 10 tons of rice a day, and the sun valley no longer has to worry about it. The harvested rice is transported to the drying center and poured into the dryer. It takes a long time to dry.

At the scene we saw that 20 dryers were lined up in the work. Xu Hongbing told him that he began harvesting early rice from July 15th, while harvesting and drying, more than 80 tons of rice have been dried.

Xu Hongbing not only dried the rice himself, but also helped neighboring grain growers and farmers to dry the rice. Last year, he helped other large grain growers to dry more than 1,000 tons of rice.
