The second is the general lack of convincing natural exposure data, can not allow users to convince and lose some market opportunities. For this purpose, the China Chemical Society's Fluorine Coatings Special Committee has begun to carry out this work. The first batch of natural exposure data submitted for inspection has been publicly released, with actual data to the industry and users to demonstrate the super weather resistance of fluorine coatings, and for future standards Revise the basic work.

Third, there are few scientific and technical personnel engaged in professional fluorine coatings in China, and there is no team that has reached the international level from theory to actual production, from quality inspection to on-site construction.

Fourth, basic theoretical research is relatively backward, and domestic coatings researchers have published less monographs or research reports. At the same time, it is also lagging behind in scientific research equipment and manufacturing equipment. In the preparation of trifluororesin, most of them are based on the models of foreign companies, and most of them are copolymerized with chlorotrifluoroethylene and vinyl esters.

Fifth, there is basically no room for curing tetrafluororesin at room temperature. Daikin Corporation of Japan only provides room-temperature curing tetrafluororesin products, and its preparation technology is kept confidential.

Sixth, the lack of scientific research and the lack of basic research on fluorine coatings have brought major obstacles to China's fluorine coatings surpassing the international advanced level. After more than 20 years of hard work, Japan has not only caught up with the United States, but also has its own innovation. China's research on fluorine materials started in the late 1950s, not later than Japan, but it is now significantly behind Japan and the United States. Therefore, we should vigorously strengthen the application of basic research and must be innovative.
