[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] On April 19th, the "torque standard machine fully-balanced loading system" developed by the Measurement and Testing Institute of Wuxi, Jiangsu, won the national invention patent.
In 2013, the project was jointly initiated by Jiangsu Wuxi Metrology and Testing Institute and Jiangsu Kunshan Innovative Technology Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. to put forward the project of scientific and technological projects to the AQSIQ. The project was launched in 2014 and the research project was completed in 2016.
The main purpose of this project is to develop an all-servo balance-loading standard torque machine that can be used to test, test, and calibrate high-precision torque (torsion) sensors. The project mainly designs a new lever servo balance mechanism and monitoring system to quantitatively control the level control of the lever; designing the weight servo servo loading mechanism to ensure the stable and accurate loading of the weight; designing the flexible connection system of the device under test and the host to realize The rapid coincidence of the detected sensor and the host axis.
At present, scientific research results have been successfully applied to the 100Nm standard torque machine jointly developed by Jiangsu Wuxi Metrology and Testing Institute and Jiangsu Kunshan Innovative Technology Testing Instrument Co., Ltd.
In recent years, Wuxi Metrology and Testing Institute has actively focused on technological upgrades and industrial development, and has intensified the construction of science and technology projects. Through the transformation of scientific research achievements, the unit’s technical strength has been continuously improved. So far, Wuxi Metrology and Testing Institute has accumulated 6 national invention patents and 18 new utility patents.
