Although grease traps and degreasing facilities can be installed at the drain, the risk of contamination cannot be completely eliminated. The closed cycle does not require a natural water source, and the unit installation location is less restrictive. In this mode, the cooling tower is required to cool the circulating water, and the self-consumption of the unit is increased by about 3% to 4%, and the economy is poor. Its greatest advantage is the complete elimination of the risk of leakage of various systems and pollution of the surrounding water source soil.

The environmental protection measures set by the unit operation mode are mainly used to reduce NOx and SO2 pollution in the exhaust gas. The amount of NOx produced in the machine depends mainly on the temperature and oxygen concentration in the cylinder and the residence time of oxygen and nitrogen in the high temperature. In order to reduce NOx emissions, the fuel injection starting point can be postponed, and the high temperature combustion period can be shortened, thereby reducing the residence time of nitrogen in high temperature. According to the experimental statistics, the fuel injection advance angle is reduced by 1° crank angle, and NOx is correspondingly reduced by 3% to 7%, but such a It will cause adverse effects such as increased afterburning, increased fuel consumption, and increased production of unburned hydrocarbons (HC). For every 20% to 30% reduction in NOx production, the fuel consumption rate is increased by 1% to 3%, which is the biggest constraint in the implementation of this measure. The reduction of NOx emissions can also be carried out by catalytic reduction of ammonia denitrification, but the equipment is large, the investment is large, and the operating cost is high. In order to reduce SO2 emissions, the lime-gypsum method can be used, but there are also disadvantages of large volume of the device and high investment amount, and because of the large amount of gypsum generated, it is difficult to handle and easily cause secondary pollution.
