Mr. Andreas Sigg has been appointed to the Schaeffler Group Board of Directors since April 1st
The chairman of the supervisory board of the Schaeffler Group, Mr. George FW Schaeffler, said: "Mr. Oliver Jung joined the Schaeffler Group since February 2008 and has been a member of the board of directors since October 2013. With regard to the addition of Mr. Andreas Sigg, Mr. George FW Schaeffler said: "The appointment of Mr. Andreas Shik means that we again promote the internal senior management staff to the board of directors of the Group. Mr. Andreas Sigg joined Schaeffler Group in 1994 and has accumulated rich experience, production and operation expertise in Schaeffler's Germany and overseas regions. Has the working experience of the group's board of directors."
According to a contractual agreement between the Schaeffler Group Board of Directors and the Chief Human Resources Officer Ms. Cortina Sternheim, she will extend her tenure until December 31, 2023.
