4. How is the power consumption of the equipment counted?

A: First, confirm the power parameters of the device, and then multiply by the corresponding working time to calculate the power consumption of the camera. W=Pt, taking the camera DS-2CD3T45 as an example, the maximum power is 7W, working for 1 hour (equal to 3600 seconds), the power consumption is: W=Pt=7*1*3600=25200 joules, 25200/(3.6* 106) = 0.007 kWh. It can be seen that the power consumption per hour is about 0.007 kWh.
Note: W unit is joule (usually the unit is kWh, common name, converted after calculation, 1 kWh = 1 degree = 3.6 times 10 times 6th joule)

6. What should I do if I cannot access the device in the LAN?

A: LAN access:

1) If there is no router: the Ip address cannot be obtained automatically, so you need to manually set the Ip address of the device, and the device needs to be on the same network segment as the computer ip.

2) If there is a router: the IP address of all devices under the router needs to be on the same network segment as the router IP. Whether the IP address can be obtained depends on whether the router has DHCP enabled.

3) If you are still unable to access, it is recommended to confirm and provide your equipment model to Haikang population consultation.

7, Haikang equipment password will be locked several times wrong?

A: The password will be locked if you enter the wrong 5 times. Unlocking method: You can restart the device breakpoint.

8, the video recorder prompts the IP address does not match, how to solve?

A: The prompt "IP address does not match" is because IP address binding is done in the user management of the computer client. If you want to solve: you need to know which client software is doing, undo the binding. If you can't find the client IP that is bound to the device, you can only solve the problem by restoring the device to factory settings.

The recorder is restored to the factory: Main Menu - System Maintenance - Default Configuration - Click OK. The video in the hard disk will not be lost. The parameters of the recorder other than the network parameters need to be reconfigured. The camera is restored to the factory: Enter the IP address of the device in the computer browser of the same LAN, and enter the user name and password to log in. In the advanced configuration - the system has a factory reset, choose simple recovery.

9. What is the default IP of the recorder and camera?
