Not long ago, Weichai’s headquarters received a letter of commendation from the Chinese Special Administrative Office in Tanzania. In the letter, the First Special Office expressed its sincere respect to Weichai and expressed sincere gratitude to three Weichai employees, Ji Xinhong, Wang Dongmin, and Li Yuehua, and praised them as the model for all the comrades of the First Office.
What did the Weichai people do and received a high degree of recognition from the First Office?
The time will return to December 14, 2017. The engineers of Weichai in Tanzania received a phone call from the Chinese First Office in Tanzania. The failure of a certain British brand generator set used in the first special camp area led to a large-scale power outage. The camp will soon hold important foreign affairs. Failure to resume power supply in time will affect the event.
The First Special Office sought help from the British brand generators agent, but the agents were in a bad attitude and they started to sit down. In desperation, they transferred to Weichai.
Upon receiving the notification, Ji Xinhong, Wang Dongmin, Li Yuehua and three other local Weichai engineers immediately rushed to the scene and quickly resolved the unit failure. In order to prevent accidents in the middle of the journey, they insisted on their duty until the end of the event. They returned to the station at midnight.
Weichai engineers solve the problem
In order to solve the unit failure completely, the next day, three Weichai engineers came to the camp. They conducted experiments 24 hours a day and worked continuously for four days, finally successfully solving the problem. The professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication of the Weichai people deeply touched the head of the Office.
