Yangzi Petrochemical Aromatic Plant to Strengthen the Cleaner Production of Devices

After entering the summer, Yangzi Petrochemical's aromatics plant actively took measures to strengthen the clean production of joint installations. It adopted the “point to area, key breakthroughs, comprehensive management, and multi-pronged approach”, combined with potential measures to improve efficiency, and made a fuss about the benefits of cleaner production. Strengthen the management of the "three bases" to ensure that safety and environmental protection production will be upgraded to a new level this year. After the plant enters the summer mode of operation, the plant first conducts extensive mobilization, requires all levels of leaders to put effort under the spot, integrates clean production with on-site environmental protection measures, and concentrates on finding pollution sources within the plant to monitor each pollution source. . In the hydrocracking, platinum reforming and xylene installations, the monitoring points of the pollution sources have been specifically added to increase the monitoring of pollution sources in the whole plant. After entering the third quarter, the plant was led by the HSE Division and conducted an inventory of all the sewers in the plant. The technical operation department took the lead to carry out targeted leak detection of the circulating water system, due to the effective monitoring measures, plus implementation. In summer, the device was used to discharge pollutants, and the discharge volume of the production device was clearly controlled.

While implementing the summer production process measures, the aromatics plant actively took measures to open and manage the operation of the environmental protection devices. By optimizing the process parameters, the on-site inspection and analysis frequency was strengthened. The reforming workshop adopted measures to strengthen the operation of the low-temperature dechlorination agent, improved the removal effect of chlorine and other impurities in the liquefied gas, and greatly reduced the “three wastes” emission of the device, which played a positive role in improving the on-site production environment.

The plant is also working on comprehensive management to enhance the awareness of clean production personnel in the team and require operators to start from their own posts. The production workshops have strengthened the on-site cleaning efforts, standardized management of the steam system and the circulating water system, and greatly reduced equipment contamination by implementing summer equipment lubricant management measures. They also carried out special assessments on the burning of burners in the heating furnace. Each team intensified inspections, took measures to tackle the burning nozzles with low combustion rate, cleared them in time, effectively improved the on-site environment, and maintained the equipment. Played an important role.

On this basis, the aromatics plant also implemented clean production measures in various aspects of the company and ranked it as an important part of the annual performance assessment. In the "Safety Production No. 1" issued at the beginning of the year, the plant specified the requirements for safe and environmentally friendly cleaner production, and listed specific indicators for the benefits to be achieved. The Technical Operations Division also tests the environmental protection renovation projects during this year's major overhaul and checks their effectiveness to take targeted measures. At present, the plant has established more than 10 technological transformation projects involving clean production and regular inspections to create a good environment for further improving the production status of the equipment and improving product quality.
