Among them, in the study of quantum efficiency measurement methods, the theoretical calculation of the quantum efficiency of solar cells was completed, and the deviation between the calculated and measured values ​​of quantum efficiency theory was controlled at a low level of 4.3%; the reference solar cell to the amount of solar cell modules In terms of value transfer technology, theoretical calculations and experimental corrections of key parameters such as solar cell voltage temperature coefficient, current temperature coefficient, and total irradiation intensity correction coefficient were completed, effectively correcting the open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current of solar cell modules and the standard values. The deviation between them was controlled at 0.95% and 0.58%, respectively, reaching the domestic leading level.
At the same time, Guangdong Metrology Institute has also established indoor and outdoor experimental platforms for solar cells and modules, published 2 domestic core journal articles, and trained a number of metrology and inspection engineers in the field of photovoltaics.
