Two high-value satellites and two instruments are tested to help China's atmospheric monitoring

China Instrument Network Instrument Research and Development On October 18th, the high-spot 5 satellite atmospheric aerosol multi-angle polarization detector (DPC) and the atmospheric main greenhouse gas monitor (GMI) were successfully organized by the Aerospace 8th Academy Environmental Satellite Project Office. Delivery acceptance review.

Atmospheric aerosol multi-angle polarization detector (DPC) and atmospheric major greenhouse gas monitor (GMI) are the main payloads of the high-scoring satellite No. 5, and are the first satellites undertaken by Anhui Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ Hefei Institute of Material Sciences. Load task. The main task and function of DPC is to obtain multi-angle and multi-spectral polarized radiation data of the earth's atmosphere for observation of atmospheric aerosols and clouds, and to obtain global space aerosol and cloud temporal and spatial distribution information to meet global climate change research, atmospheric environment monitoring, High-precision remote sensing data applications such as atmospheric correction. The main task and function of GMI is to obtain periodic hyperspectral detection data, quantitatively monitor greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and methane in the atmosphere, and obtain high-precision absorption spectral information of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and methane to invert large-scale atmospheric greenhouses. Gas concentration content data.

From October 8th to October 17th, the overall unit conducted acceptance test of DPC and GMI products in Hefei. Delivery and acceptance tests were performed on the mechanical interfaces, electrical interfaces, functions, and performance of the products. Tests were performed according to the satellite payload documentation. After detailed testing of the group, it was agreed that the DPC and GMI products could be submitted for acceptance review.

On October 18th, the expert group heard the development report of DPC and GMI, reviewed relevant information, and believed that DPC and GMI products meet the requirements of sample delivery and agreed to deliver the acceptance review.
