3. Before returning to ventilation, the gas must be inspected first. The maximum gas concentration in the wind stop area is not more than 1% and the highest concentration of dioxin is not more than 1.5%, and the gas concentration in the wind flow within 10m of the local fan and its switch. When the temperature is less than 0.5%, the local fan can be manually turned on to restore normal ventilation.
4. When the gas concentration in the wind stop area exceeds 1.0% or the carbon dioxide concentration exceeds 1.5%, safety measures must be taken to control the airflow emission. The specific method requires the preparation of safety technical measures.
5. When the ventilator starts, the gas concentration in the return air flow of the return air main road does not exceed 1% and the carbon dioxide concentration does not exceed 1.5%, then the power supply in the roadway can be restored.
Second, the ventilator is removed and installed
1. Before removing the ventilator, the ventilator power supply must be cut off, and the warning sign “Maintenance, no start†should be hung on the switch. It is strictly forbidden to send power during the disassembly and assembly of the ventilator.
2. When the ventilator is removed and installed, use a tripod for support and lift it with wire rope and pulley.
3. Before preparing for lifting work, all tools and equipment must be carefully and carefully inspected. Damaged and poor quality tools and equipment are strictly prohibited. The pulley should be flexible and free from oil shortage. (1) It is strictly forbidden to use large steel wire rope kaka small wire rope. (2) The half-length of the pulley should be greater than the allowable bending radius of the wire rope. (3) The width of the pulley rope should be greater than the diameter of the rope (not more than 1.2 times).
4. When carrying out hoisting work, there should be no spare personnel other than the operator in the vicinity of the tripod. The operator should listen to the signal of the commander and strictly follow the signal operation. It is strictly forbidden to operate illegally. The operator is strictly prohibited to operate under the tripod. The commander should have a clear password and it is strictly forbidden to violate the rules.
5. When installing the ventilator, the ventilator should be installed smoothly and firmly; the air duct and the fan are firmly connected, and the grounding protection is reliable.
6. After the ventilator is lifted, clean the site, clean up the tools and keep them in a safe place.
Third, personnel organization
1. The power transmission and ventilator removal and installation work must be handled by Li Shiju; the work of stopping the power transmission must be arranged by a special person and must not be operated at will.
2. Zhang Fanming is responsible for the underground defense work. When the gas concentration in the roadway reaches 1% during the wind stop, special gas drainage measures must be prepared before the ventilation is restored.
