The self-developed vibration test control system of China Measurement University passed the acceptance

[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] Recently, the two-month development of the vibration test control system led by two teachers including Zhao Qiyun and Wang Huimin, led by Chen Chiao, a quality control research team of China Measurement University, successfully passed the Suzhou Yuhong Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. The acceptance of the instrument company was officially put into use.

This system is mainly used for vibration detection of defects in electronic products, such as switching power supplies, LED displays, mobile phones, card readers, and automotive electrical appliances. The system can be used to detect early failures, simulate actual condition assessments and structural strength tests, and has a wide range of applications, wide application areas, and significant and reliable test results. In order to adapt to different industry testing requirements and more vibration test standards, the system can achieve fixed frequency, frequency multiplication, linear frequency sweeping, logarithmic frequency sweeping, multi-step frequency sweeping, time control and other functions, in which vertical vibration and horizontal vibration can be Automatic switching.

Through this project, the engineering development capacity of postgraduates at China Metric University has been enhanced, teamwork awareness has been enhanced, and good scientific research and teaching results have been achieved.
