After the snowfall process occurred in various parts of northern China, temperature began to decline on the 22nd, and temperature dropped by 10°C-12°C throughout Liaoning. The meteorological department stated that due to frequent cold waves, Liaoning entered the winter in advance 10 days in advance, 8 days earlier than last year.

The cold weather yellow warning issued by the Liaoning Provincial Meteorological Disaster Warning Center on the 21st shows that during the afternoon from the 21st to the 23rd, the low temperature in the province will drop by 10°C-12°C. On the morning of the 23rd, the low temperature in Fushun reached about minus 31°C, and Shenyang, Benxi, and Tieling fell between minus 27°C and minus 24°C.

Winter is cold in winter, with an average of five days of cold air southwards. Cold waves and snowstorms are the main disastrous weather in winter. The meteorological department reminded the public and relevant departments to do a good job in preventing cold and keeping warm.
