The staff safety representatives of Qilu chlor-alkali plant organized a special inspection of the “four summer defenses†work of four production units , five workshops, and eight electrical switch rooms throughout the plant. Employee safety representatives conducted comprehensive and detailed inspections of switch room ventilation devices, electrical lightning protection, lightning protection devices, equipment static grounding and emergency response plans, and identified 15 potential safety hazards. At present, the company has arranged related workshops for rectification. In order to do a good job in safety management, the plant gave full play to the safety supervision role of employees' representatives. In the past two years, it has been irregularly organizing employee representatives to be “safety supervisors†and working with plant safety professional management personnel to formulate detailed inspection plans. In-depth inspections were conducted at each facility to reinforce the foundation of the security defense.
