Thermal oil pump analysis

Hot oil pump is a very common type of oil pump. We mainly introduce the sealing of hot oil pump and how to reduce the temperature of hot oil pump. The sealing of hot oil pump includes the following four types:

(1)Single-face sealing: The flushing liquid is 100°C minus second-line wax oil, and the pressure is 0.05~0.15Mpa higher than the sealing cavity. The outside of the gland uses hot water (soft water) to cool the hot oil pump. It is generally possible to use one cycle (ten months).

(2) Metal bellows machine seal: The structure is compact and easy to install. In the case of the same auxiliary system, the service life is 2 to 3 times that of ordinary seals.

(3) Double-end machine seal: The use of cycle flushing, plus external cooling, life is 1.5 to 2 times the single-end surface.

(4) The friction pair is hard (YG6/YG8, SiC/SiC, etc.), and it has good effect on medium with high viscosity, medium with small amount of solid particles or medium with crystallization.

Hot oil pumps are usually cooled by the following three methods:

(1) The domestic hot oil pump is provided with a cooling water jacket around the sealed chamber, and is cooled by cold water, so that the temperature of the sealed chamber can be reduced to 200-250°C.

(2) For single-side seals, use injection flushing to clean the wax oil at a temperature of about 100°C from the outside (usually no diesel, because diesel is a finished product), which reduces the temperature and improves the working environment. Effective way.

(3) Quench water is used on the outside of the gland; in addition to lowering the temperature, plugging of the drain line can be prevented.

The hot oil pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever structure. The bearing is used to connect the hydraulic components of the pump. The liquid is discharged from the discharge pipe. The impeller of the pump is a semi-open impeller with stirring at the inlet of the impeller blade. The main feature of the pump is that the pump shaft in the submerged area has sufficient rigidity. The bearing is not provided between the impeller and the pump housing. The shaft seal can be used to convey medium with a large depth of solid particles. The length of the pump insertion liquid is between 800-2000. If necessary, it can be equipped with a suction tube. The shaft seal adopts the submerged pump to insert into the liquid and runs without the shaft seal. The transmission is installed by the vertical motor on the motor support and the bearing seat, and is connected with the pump by the coupling.
