Starting from the three major factors affecting the sensitivity of flaw detection, the choices of ray source, focal length, transillumination method, film, backscattering, etc. were studied, and the principles for selecting various transillumination methods were stipulated; according to the general formula of minor defects, combined with the national The ratio of transillumination thickness specified in the standard deduces the minimum number of filming times for various transillumination methods. In the paper, the characteristics of ray equipment and equipment were studied. Different detection methods for transillumination were designed. Rays were detected on defective valves according to the traditional transillumination method and the transillumination technology studied in this paper. The resulting defects were negative films.
